Cozy and modern furnished holiday home in Wandlitz in the harbor village of Zerpenschleuse, directly on the Oder-Havel Canal, between Berlin and Werbellinsee. Perfect starting point for water sports enthusiasts, cyclists as well as excursions to Berlin and surrounding area. Great complete equipment, with a fireplace for a cozy vacation. With a free location, nature view of the field and harbor water, it is a special object in the harbor village! The complex is young, but all the houses in our neighborhood are structurally completed.

By public transport you can reach your destination from HB Berlin in a good hour. There is a lot to discover: hiking/ cycling in the Barnim Nature Park, in the Schorfheide Wildlife Park or in the UNESCO-protected Schorfheide Biosphere Reserve. Golfing, paddling , swimming in the neighboring lakes, everything is possible. Two new bicycles are available for 10 euros / day and bicycle.

Leisure activities: Flaeming skate (bike+inliner) approx. 150 km distance length, Fläming Therme, Tierpark. Train connection and city center of the house in 5 min by bike. The holiday home in Berlin was completely revised and redesigned in 2020 with the support of trend architect Jürgen Krüger within just seven months! In the approx.130 sqm, up to 10 people can stay on two floors. The entire house has separate air conditioning, WiFi & satellite TV in each living room and bedroom. We hope to have found a cozy and warm furnishing style with the renovations and that there is something for young and old!
