My 62m² home is located right in the heart of the historic center, on a pedestrian street, easy to access. A stone's throw from the old port, the market, shops etc . No car needed: everything is in walking distance. You'll love my place because of the comfort and thoughtful decor. Upon arrival, beds are made, towels are provided, and 1st breakfast is offered. There is a parking space in the private parking lot 10 minutes walk from the apartment and a bike room.

Small newly renovated house with terrace and garden in the very quiet area of the Genette. A maximum of 100 m: shops, doctors, casino, walk in the parks and by the sea. Self-service bike station. Beach,Downtown,Old Port and cinema are a 10-minute walk away. The house is perfectly adapted to receive a couple with 1 or 2 children, or teenagers. It would become UNCOMFORTABLE for 4 ADULTS. bedroom 2 is very cramped and the beds are beds 70 cm wide.
