Villa with direct access to Lake Orta. The villa is immersed in a garden where you can spend a relaxing day on the shores of the most romantic of Italian lakes. Swimming lake with particularly clear waters. The water temperature is particularly mild and it is possible to swim from the end of May until the beginning of October. It is also ideal as a support point for those who want to visit the many tourist resorts in the area: Orta San Giulio, Lake Maggiore with Stresa and the Borromean Islands, Lake Mergozzo, the Ossola Valley, the Strona Valley, the Valsesia and many others. Gaze over stunning 180-degree views of islands on Lago Maggiore from the expansive, floor-to-ceiling windows of this lovely, 230-year-old rustic stone villa. Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

An independent 2nd floor apartment in a small Liberty-style villa, with a splendid lake and mountain view, fire place. Luminous, functional, very peaceful and relaxing. Sleeps 2 (max 4): Bedroom with a double bed. (+extra beds available for studio corner). Town center + shops at 2 km. Stresa and surroundings are beautiful all year round, also in winter. Fabulous places for mountain hiking, skiing, golf. Check-in possible during lunch hours (11.30am-1pm) or in the evening after 6pm.
