My spacious property located less than 3 miles from the Coachella venue is the perfect place to pitch your tent to camp or park your RV, and lounge. We have men and women bathrooms with 2 and 3 stalls in each, and have 4 showers setup for campers to use. There is plenty of outdoor space to accommodate parties of any size. Throughout the weekend, our family who grew up in the area, will be available to help answer any questions you may have to have your festival weekend go as smooth as possible.

Our tent offers a heated Queen-sized bed, fiber internet, electric AC/Heater unit (please note, extreme temps limit efficacy) & 2 fully stocked propane grilling stations. 50 min from Zion, 40 min from Kanab, 2 hrs from Bryce Canyon. Its boho design creates a fun, relaxing space with the comforts of WiFi & electricity! Guests have access to our bathhouse (less than 20 yards) w/ indoor slot-canyon showers that are a must-see! A custom-built fire pit is also on site.

Cattle Kings Overview at Wits End Ranch

Your private view are long views, mountains and a small private cattle collection area over 100 years old and is still used. The pond on the map was manmade way back then, it has since filled in and usually very green. Our next door neighbors are cattlemen that still work this site. Setting up this glamping site, February, we saw a mom proudly escorting her newborn calf across the pasture view you will see. Any owner would be proud to sit here and view their holdings. Imagination required.

Camping in Sedona Wilderness

The T3 tent is good for solo camping, it takes just few minutes to set up with minimal effort, lots of room and ventilation. Our basic kit is consist of a tent, sleeping bag, pillow, sleeping pad, shower/toilet tent, table and chairs. We have additional gears to rent for a comfy experience. We will direct you to a wilderness camping in Sedona. We suggest that you pick up your camping gears before dark to easily find the campsite, set up your gears without grasping in the dark.

Our spacious tent, nestled under the shade of lush trees, offers a comfortable and memorable camping experience for up to 6 guests. -Roomy Interior (20 person tent) -Ventilated Windows -Outdoor shower and private compost toilet - Sleep on a queen matress(up to 2) or camping cots (up to 2) or a mix of matress and cots.
