The loft has about 130sqm , ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. Bathtub,Daybed, 2pers snail shower and Real wood fireplaces leave nothing to be desired. Vierkanthof am Fühlinger See! - # Vierkanthoffuehlingen - The listed courtyard complex is located in the north of Cologne. In just a few steps you can reach the recreational area "Fühlinger See". A charming apartment, modernly furnished with fully equipped kitchens. Linen and towels are provided. The city center is easily accessible by public transport. A bakery, butcher and a very good pizzeria are located in the immediate vicinity of our farm.

Rur- Idylle I

Spacious apartment, in a fantastic location in Simmerath- Dedenborn, located directly on the Rur. Our house is the ideal starting point for hiking on the Eifelsteig, around the Rursee and in the national park. From a private balcony you have magnificent views of the Rur. On site with us, you must pay us an overnight stay tax in cash from 01.01.2025. It consists of 5% of the booking price. This amount must be shared 1:1 with the Municipal Simmerath!

Shine at the Rursee

A very cosy modernised former farmhouse half on the outskirts of town. Unfortunately, we are tied to city life and can't always be in this beautiful area. Countless possibilities for hiking, cycling, sailing, fishing, etc. 20 minutes walk to the Woffelsbach am Rursee with its great boat trips. Organic farm in the same place. Dogs and children are welcome) On request, more beds might be possible.

Walnut hut on the Listerhof

Our "walnut hut" is located near the Listertalsperre on our property at a small pond. The cottage is newly renovated in 2021 and can be lived in all year round. Nature lovers will find numerous hiking trails, sports enthusiasts offers such as horseback riding at the in-house riding facility, water sports at the Listertalsperre, climbing or skiing.

Dear guests, our apartment is on the 1st floor of our house. We have extensively renovated them over the past year. We renovated the entire bathroom ceramics and refurbished the other rooms except the kitchen. It consists of bedroom, living room, bathroom and kitchen. It can accommodate 2 adults with 1 child or 3 adults.
