Our comfortable and stylish private apartment is situated next to the recreation area Kings forest. Hiking and biking trails start just in front of our home, but you can also drive to Cologne's city center within 20 minutes by car. Airport and Cologne Fair are as close. Everything you need for daily living is in walking distance. Valid from April 1, 2025: The 5% overnight tax of the city of Bergisch Gladbach is already included in the price and is transferred to the tax office by the host.

Modern apartment between Düsseldorf and Cologne

You would live in the small village called “Meigen”. It is very close to the city centre of Solingen. The drive to the city centre is about 5 min. with the car and 10 with the bus. You can park your car almost in front of the apartment. The train station „SG-Mitte“ is also very close. By foot you will need around 20 minutes, with the car only 5 minutes. If you want to ride to Düsseldorf or Cologne you can easily take the train (30-40 min.) or your car (same time), perfect for fairgoers.

Our newly renovated, large apartment is part of a historic square courtyard. Upstairs there is a large, cozy kitchen-living room with great views and a fireplace, transitioning to an open living room, as well as two spacious bedrooms each with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and wardrobe. On the ground floor there is a small double bedroom and a large bathroom with bath and shower. A parking space and a private fenced garden are included.

"The shed" is a former workshop, which I converted into a modern, small feel-good house. They live centrally, but in the middle of greenery, at the foot of Venus Mountain. Shops serving everyday needs and the tram stop are a 4-minute walk. The train takes 11 minutes to the main train station. The House of History is 1.4 km away and the World Conference Center is 1.9 km away. The open "shed" has its own entrance.

Our property is located in the trendy Neuehrenfeld district. The district is centrally located and is very well connected in terms of traffic. There are many different restaurants. You'll love my place because of the comfy beds, the bathroom, and the small kitchen. My place is good for couples, traveling alone, adventurers, business travelers and families (with children).
