Our house is in a great location only a short walk to the town centre and the popular Arrow River. The location and position also attracts the sun all year round. The house has excellent indoor/outdoor living and is well equipped for your stay. There is also a BBQ with comfortable outdoor furniture for relaxing. It is very handy to the 4 Square Shop and at the end of the street there is a playground. For those wanting to exercise as there are a number of walking and biking tracks close by.

Beautiful 3 bedroom house close to all that Arrowtown has to offer. Has a large well equipped kitchen with excellent indoor and outdoor flow for all year entertaining onto a patio at the front and a decking at the rear. Well insulated and plenty of heating to keep warm in the colder months. Plenty of off-street parking, a small supermarket 50m down the road which also has a regular bus service to Queenstown

750 m walk from lake and 10-15mins walk to town, very quiet, private, native garden, outdoor dining area. 2 toilets and really comfy place. Well equipped kitchen. Underfloor heating for winter throughout and good clothes drying for skiing. Linen is included. min 2 nights. There is fibre wifi and chromecast TV. George's House: Town centre, lake view, beautiful!

This cozy, well located, 2 bedroom holiday home makes your stay in Wanaka both enjoyable and memorable. This house has fantastic mountain and lake views from the lounge and is sung in winter due to a log fire and heat pump and it is also double glazed. It is very close to the town yet quiet and private as set back from the road.
