Nice house 300 meters from the sea with a small garden, terrace and porch. Recent construction. Two bedrooms, one bathroom + outdoor shower with hot water. Kitchen living and dining area in one open space. Very comfortable and bright. Very complete equipment. Very quiet street near the sea in an area with magnificent beaches. Parking is always available in front of the house.
