This 35 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include a game console as well as children's books and toys.

Since July 2018, we have been operating 5 cozy apartments for 2 adults and 2 children. We welcome guests from all over the world! Breathtaking views over the Beetzsee, access to the hotel's own beach and a boat mooring, a 5-minute walk from the holiday property. On the 4000 sqm fenced holiday grounds you will find a playground for romping around and a sauna for relaxing. Rowing boat on request. Camping on the holiday grounds is also possible by arrangement.

In spring 2020 we acquired the property, it has 5 holiday homes. This one, number 7/1, was just completely renovated last year with a lot of love and now we look forward to seeing you! The sunny cottage is slightly elevated as the first house on the property, catching the sun for you and holding it (hopefully all the time ;) ) for you. The sunny cottage has a living room, the kitchen with dining area, bedroom with double bed and the bathroom with shower.
