Amazing large family house close 2 Lake and river

#1 My place is close to Lake Mohave. Just 5 minutes from Laughlin, Nevada and the Big resort Casinos and Las Vegas is a short 90 minute drive. Lake Mohave is Katherine landing, see the Marina for boat and Seadoo PWC rentals. Davis Camp is great 4 the river, At the end of our block for great views of the dam, seadoo rentals, gazebos, & great day camping & BBQ. Must see Historic Oatman mining town & Grand Canyon west rim(2hrs) south rim 3hrs. Sams club, Chilis, IHOP, Walmart, Etc. 5 minutes away

Newly Built Family Vacation Home

Very quiet neighborhood. The driveway has room for 4 cars and boat. The main living space has an open floorplan and plenty of seating for everyone to relax. The dining room table seats 12 and is large enough to enjoy playing games together. There are 4 TVs: one in the main space with a DVD player and TV's in Master bedroom, Master bathroom and 1 bedroom. You can stream your own subscriptions like Netflix. The Garage and 1 of the closets in the master bedroom is not available during your stay.

Oversized glass deck on the river & sandy beach!

Make amazing memories at our unique and family-friendly home! Our riverfront home offers stunning views from either deck. Enjoy looking at the views or partake in the river activities from your own private dock. The location is the best around being just inside the no wake zone but also only 4 houses down from the main part of the river! Less than 10 minutes drive to the Laughlin casinos as well as the Avi resort casino! Restaurants, shopping, ball parks and more are just a few streets away!

Relax into the slow pace desert life in our brand new desert home, designed + decorated with love. Traveling with kids? Our Desert Oasis has 3 spacious bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms. Enjoy some family time in the AC watching Netflix on our 70’ TV. We are conveniently located minutes away from multiple boat launch sites, including Jack Smith and 15 minutes away from Oatman Ghost Town, a family favorite. Popular 1 bed 1 bath unit just a 2 minute walk to the pool and river with dock for guest only. Nice and clean park and beach area, good for swimming, fishing and water sports. Looking over at that the casinos in Laughlin nice view at night with the lights. Whether here for work or vacation, you'll always remember your time at this unique place to stay. This unit is located on the out side of the property with good parking and lighting.

Riverfront house with casino view

Perfect home and location!!! Clean, spacious with ample parking for boats, trailers all fenced in. Launching just few blocks from here. Private dock. Close to restaurants, grocery, gas and even the casinos. Our home has perfect views inside and out with a large, covered patio with BBQ. Have fun on our beach, swim, fish of the dock or play on the large grass area. Or just relax and enjoy the scenery. Fun for the whole family!!!
