Lovely to relax in, this 300 year old cottage has lots of original features but with all the comforts of modern living. Great place for walkers, close to coastal path to Berry Head or Fishcombe cove and you can catch the bus back to the square just a few steps from the cottage. Our little cottage is known as 'the cottage with the little pink kitchen'. Our home is colourful, fun & the perfect waterside getaway for chill time, cosy home comforts and evening dinners out only a stroll away. We are only metres away from the water, The Salutation Inn, local pubs & shops. The Exmouth Walking trail is all outside the front door. Or, just enjoy the free-standing bath or an evening BBQ, with Topsham's many independent little shops a few metres away. Note; has steep stairs.

A sunny, bright chalet with free parking, situated on Harepath Hill, Seaton. A 5 minute drive, or a 20 minute walk takes you to the seafront. There’s a pretty harbour and boats at one end. Jurassic Discovery, a play park and the tramway are close by. There is a large Tesco and Aldi. Next to the chalet is a well-stocked convenience store (open early for hot breakfast items!) We provide a bath towel per guest and a hand towel in the bathroom. Please bring beach towels with you.
