Stenhaga - lake house

Stenhaga, house with lake plot, about 80 meters from our own lake. Large wooden deck with table and seating. Small sandy beach. Floating dock with bathing ladder. The house is close to Smedstugan, our second house we rent out here at Airbnb. Fishing included. Scheduled lax. A fish is included in the rental rental then SEK 130/ lax. Rowboat is included. The kitchen has a folding section, which can be pulled all the way to the side, large opening out to the terrace. Level 1 - kitchen, TV room, bathroom. Level 2 - Living room with open fireplace, balcony, 3 bedrooms. Wifi, apple tv.

Cottage with lake property and its own beach and dock. 3 bedrooms, 1 room with a double bed, 2 rooms each with a bunk bed, as well as a sofa bed for 2 people in the TV room. Shower and toilet with own well and water heater. Note, there is no washing machine. The guest guest will bring their own linens and towels. Access to the hot bath (39 degrees) all year round with circulation for cleaning. A rowing boat is included, bring your own life jackets. The cabin is smoke-free and pet-free! Omgiven av före detta dammar till ett järnbruk, nu våtmark o rikt fågelliv. Nära finns fler historiska byggnader, eremithyddan och Drakhuset. 1,5 km till samhälle, affär o pizzeria. 700m till sjö med bad. Fullt utrustat kök. Stort trädäck. Två sovrum, ett med dubbelsäng och ett med två enkelsängar. Två toaletter, en m dusch o badkar. Nyrenoverat -23

Close biking distance to several lakes and great adventures. Located 5 min driving to a convenience store, and approximately 2 hrs driving from Malmö. Välkomna till vårt hus i fridfulla och stillsamma Braås.Den ljusa och smakfullinreda villa ligger precis vid sjö Örken med gång eller cykel avstånd till Braås badplatsen.Trevlig trädgård med flera uteplatser, inklusive en möblerad terras som man kommer ut till direkt från det stora härliga vardagsrummet.Här njuter man av solen större delen av dagen och kvällen. Finns även två balkonger samt pergola med matplats och grill. Kanot, 4 st vuxna samt vedeldad balja finns att tillgå.
