Excellent brand new apartment, 2 Suites, one double and one with two single beds plus a toilet, fully furnished kitchen, separate laundry room, large balcony with churrasquera, Air Conditioning and WI_FI, laundry machine, covered garage, 40 meters from main avenue and down to the sea, very close to supermarket, restaurants, bars, shops, pharmacy,etc. Box and beach shower at the entrance of the building. Excellent level and the best location. Services included.

Relax in this super cozy space. Perfect for a couple. You can walk to the beach less than a 1-minute walk. Completely air-conditioned environments, 58-inch Smart TV and exclusive wifi for the 300mb AP with Netflix. Kitchen is well equipped with all necessary utensils and has a washing machine. Ap in Vila de Canto Grande, close to several shops and can do everything on foot. Trails, monkey hill, I went by boat. Background ⚠️Apartment ⚠️No Garage

Apartment with sea view (Ibiza Island/3andar)

Excellent apartment with a view of the sea in Bombas-SC. The famous (almost) "feet in the sand", because you just have to go down, walk about 50 meters and you'll be on the sand. The balcony has a beautiful view with space to relax and enjoy the end of the afternoon. And, we have wifi :) We have pillows but we do not provide towels, sheets and bed linen. We have a cooler, beach chairs and umbrella ⛱️☀️
