The city center is about 2.1 km away, shopping facilities for daily needs are located in the immediate vicinity. For children there are several playgrounds nearby and also the connection to the island of Rügen is very conveniently located. Not only two- and four-legged friends are welcome.

The smaller one has a double sofa bed and also a TV. The large American-style kitchen-living room is fully equipped. The living area is open plan and is inviting for relaxation by the fireplace. 5 min to beach. When needed, also second parking space.
