Apartment sunshine, Uelzen for up to 6 guests. Newly renovated and new furniture 7/ 2021. Large new balcony ! 3 bedrooms, kitchen with EBK, living room, bathroom with tub and shower. Wi-Fi, 2 flat screen TV 1.08 m and 80 cm. Netflix possible. Bikes or electric bikes on request. Quiet but central location. Incl. linen and basic equipment towels. Final cleaning by arrangement. The apartment has an E. - ceiling heating for a healthy indoor climate. There is no need for carbon monoxide detectors.

We rent a beautiful/ newly renovated condominium with complete equipment in a good location at Wolfsburg Castle and not far from the Allersee, VW Arena and the Autostadt with 3 bedrooms, living room, bathroom and kitchen. Two out of three bedrooms each have a work table and work chair, so that these can also be optimally used as work spaces for home office purposes. Fast fiber-optic Internet connection of 100 MB/sec is available in all rooms!
