Center of Belo Horizonte. The building, very close to the bus station, in front of Praça Rio Branco, is on the 23rd floor. The windows are very wide. Loft style apartment complete. With: TV 50 inch 4K, coffee maker, washer and dryer, cabinets, double bed (Emma), sofa bed very comfortable (D23) and equipped kitchen. Curtains in the bedroom (blackout) and living room. It doesn't have air conditioning. No parking. 24-hour doormen. 24 hour policing in the square.

The apartment is completely independent, renovated, with new equipment and utensils. It is bright, quiet and well-ventilated. The building has a traditional 24-hour concierge on the street of Bahia sung by the poets, close to everything that matters in the day and night life of the city. The "Airport Connection" (terminal of the direct line to the airport, is in the same block.
