The villa is a furnished tourist property classified 4 stars 67 m². It offers a living room with an equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with bathrooms, laundry room and 2 toilets. You will enjoy its views of the surrounding mountains from the house as well as from the private outdoor Jacuzzi. The grounds are full fenced.

Endroit calme avec de nombreux départs de randonnées et autre activités sportives (VTT, parapente, escalade, canyon, spéléo,ski...) Spa privé en libre accès. Chauffé toute l'année à 37°. Poêle a bois avec bûches à disposition. A 10 min en voiture de la petite station familiale du col de Marcieu. 40 min des 7 Laux.

Charming, sublime views of the mountains, in a field, with a large sofa,desk, large kitchen, bathroom, mezzanine with a bed and net to go to the terrace, on the roof of the house.
