Having the use of a boat was awesome, and the lake was great for fishing. Very good sound proofing between the duplexes. Never heard the neighbors once!

This beautiful decorated Condo is fantastic. It's a ground floor condo. Sliding glass doors lead to the deck and onto the grounds if you desire. It's a short walk to the sugar sand beach on beautiful Grand Traverse Bay. The Beach will be there waiting for you. Location is everything. Traverse City is down the road, very close to the Great Lakes Equestrian Festival, Grand Traverse Resort and Casinos, biking, hiking, kayaking, boating and fishing. Don't forget about the festivals. My Happy Place - Gorgeous and Great Location!

This is a truly adorable home that is STRICTLY NON-SMOKING, very family-friendly, and pet-friendly! It's been recently renovated and has 3 bedrooms (2 upstairs and 1 downstairs) and 1.5 bathrooms (both downstairs). It has a lovely conservatory that functions as a family dining room. It has a new furnace as well as new central air conditioning. Excellent WiFi with live streaming for television. It also includes bikes and beach gear for use, a washer and dryer, and a portable fire pit.
