The kitchen is fully stocked with all appliances including a Keurig, microwave oven, and toaster. The Lake House sits on a quiet road but is convenient to both I-40 and the Parkway in Sevierville.

Enjoy the fire pit, and arcade, after a day at the lake. Fishing poles, SUP, 2 kayaks, & life jackets are provided. No water at the dock Labor Day - April.

Our home offers kayaks for your use, or you can rent a pontoon at the nearby marina. Please note, the water level is highest from May-August. This home accommodates 4 adults max & 3 children. We allow ONE pet with the prepaid pet fee but ask you clean up after them, crate when unattended, & follow TN leash laws.
