Vintage house on the hillside

Ancient farmhouse furnished with vintage and Italian design furniture. I like the idea of not throwing things away and adapting them again with a new feature telling the story of those who owned them. The house surrounded by a private garden is full of biodiversity. We are in a beautiful panoramic position with 360 ° view of the hills and the plain 15 min. drive from Reggio Emilia, 1 hour drive from Bologna, 40 min. from Milan, 2 and 1/2 hours from Rome and 1 hour from Florence (via high speed train).

L’appartamento si trova al piano terra all’interno di cortile condominiale ed è composto da soggiorno con angolo cottura, camera da letto, antibagno e bagno. In pochi minuti a piedi si possono raggiungere i luoghi d’interesse della città e numerosi locali punto di ritrovo e centro della vita Reggiana. Da segnalare il sabato mattina in Piazza Fontanesi il caratteristico mercato del contadino con prodotti del territorio.
