Our lair, facing the sea, on the dock leading to the center of the village, on the 1st floor of the building, with garden level. You will enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea. Nearby: restaurants, creperie, ice cream shop. the center of the village is a 10 minute walk. In the main room on the ground floor you will find all the comforts you need, a kitchen, the living area with its large meridian sofa. All overlooking a breathtaking sea view. La Grange Aux Belle is an old farmhouse completely renovated very recently with traditional materials (lime plaster, oak floor, panelling of poplars). All 3 bedrooms each have a private bathroom. Secluded terrace and garden behind the house. The house is located on the edge of the village, 3 km from the beaches of Sainte Barbe (for surfing and kite surfing) or Carnac (more family-friendly). All shops in the village of Plouharnel are within walking distance.
