This charming stone building, built in 1959, is restored and ready to give our guests a pleasant experience with its stylish and useful decor. The writing of 90 cm thick stone walls make the summer cool and warm winter. The pleasure of starting the day with an enormous breakfast of good agricultural products with the advantage of being a village hotel is another. You will wake up more rested than ever in a forest village with plenty of oxygen. The magnificent Assos beaches and many historical places around are very close to our hotel and waiting for you.

Our hotel is located in the center of Ayvalık, in front of Ayvalık Ayazısı, with 6 rooms It is a Modern-Romantic boutique hotel. All of our rooms have their own bathroom and the rooms have a TV, Air Conditioner, Kettle and there is a tea and coffee set. This room is on the ground floor and has a double bed. We have a terrace with very nice views and a kitchenette in the loft, our guests have in the morning with the products they buy from outside (without cooking) they can prepare their breakfast and enjoy the terrace.
