L'appartement se situe dans un quartier chic et calme. (4ème étage sans ascenseur). Vous trouverez quelques très bons restaurants juste à côté. Une cuisine entièrement équipée est à votre disposition avec une cafetière. Le couchage est un canapé-lit neuf de très bonne qualité et très confortable. Situé à 10 minutes à pied de la place Broglie. Arrêt de bus en bas de l'immeuble : la ligne ligne 10 vous emmène en 5 minutes à la gare. Possibilité d'utiliser aussi la ligne 2 à 100 mètres.
