Appartement duplex climatisé dans jolie petite résidence très calme et idéalement située pour visiter la Guadeloupe ,cet îlot de verdure vue Mer dispose de tous les commerces à pieds : boulangerie, épicerie , tabac presse , pharmacie etc. Également restaurants et traiteurs de cuisine locale . Luxe suprême : les coupures d’eau sont extrêmement rares . La résidence dispose d’une très grande et belle piscine … SPOT de kitesurf à 50 mètres .
