Appartement avec deux terrasses situé dans un quartier historique proche des bords de l Yonne, très recherché. A proximité des commerces, du centre ville du parc de l Arbre Sec, offrant ainsi de très agréable promenades. L arrivée peut-être autonome où avec notre accompagnement selon l heure de celle-ci . Le stationnement est gratuit sur les boulevards à 50 mètres où sécurisé et payant juste à côté. En espérant que vous passerez un agréable séjour dans notre ville d’Auxerre.

It is ideally located in one of the oldest districts of the city and the most popular, the "quays of the republic": right in front of the walkway, with direct views of the latter, the fountain and the small port.
