Welcome to our "Edgewater Escape." These buildings were built in the 1960's and literally hang entirely over the bay in downtown in Ocean City. Sit on the bay front porch or hang out inside and watch boats, dolphin, birds, and sometimes even seals swim by within feet of the porch. The loft has a king sized bed and the downstairs couch pulls out into a comfortable queen bed. Full size kitchen with microwave, fridge, electric range, and coffee maker. Located on 7th street, over the bay :)

This is a lovely space! 2 queen bedroom unit decorated with coastal charm, each with a door to the outside. Make-shift kitchen with microwave, small fridge, stoked Keuring coffee and tea bar, patio cooking area shared with upstairs unit, bbq grill, fantastic view, beach items, plenty of parking, private lane, very quiet out of the way of everything, super laid back host living in the other portion of the house. There is no living room. Labradors and cats on premises, ponies on premises!

Come and enjoy a nice, relaxing vacation at this charming island home. "Sandy Pines" lies just a half a block from the water and a block and a half from the bridge to Assateague (where the beach is. The downstairs features a living room and dining room, 2 bedrooms (equipped with two twin beds each), a lovely kitchen, full bathroom and screened porch. On the second level you'll find the master bedroom with a private full bathroom, movie/game/yoga room, and a 2nd fully screened porch.

Burrier farm -close to Berlin & Burley Oak Brewery

A quiet place to relax and get away from it all, but still only 6 miles from Ocean City and 3 miles from Berlin. We are on 10 acres and are surrounded on 3 sides by woods. The house has been divided in two. We live in the back half with our dog Freya and the front half is the air bnb. The suite is completely private with no shared spaces. Sit on the front porch that overlooks the pond and pasture and enjoy the solitude.
