I Honey Creek is just off the deck with opportunities to see ducks, mink, herons, bald eagles and deer. The scenery changes with the season! We are 1 mile from the quaint town of Reedsville, restaurants , shops and a unique Amish community. Beautiful gardens add to the charm….flower beds show off the late summer and fall plantings along with the peace and tranquility of Honey Creek!

This renovated cabin is perfect for a weekend getaway. Located on the beautiful Shade Mountain, it is a great spot to relax and unwind. Great for the family. The cabin has NEW BEDS. Beds are two double beds, 1 single bed, a futon in our sitting room that sleeps 1 person. The cabin has running water, an indoor bathroom that includes a flush toilet, sink and a shower designed for shorten showers. A modernized kitchen has basic cooking accessories to prepare meals as well a coffee bar.

Enjoy the beauty and peace of nature as you stay at our cute but TINY house. The deck, with its hot tub, grill, and lounge area is sure to be a favorite spot! Also sitting around the campfire while stargazing is pretty amazing. This is a perfect stay for nature lovers and minimalists. A creek is only a short walk down the trail. The OGO composting toilet makes it feel a bit like camping. Go fishing at the creek or with a 10 min drive you can hit up the river with your kayak or canoe!

King’s Country Quest

Our home is 53 miles from Harrisburg and 54 miles from State College. 10 minutes from Rt. 322. We live in a beautiful setting in the country with Shade Mountain in the background. We finished our basement in 2019 and have around 1200 square feet of lovely and modern decor with a full kitchen.A dining table with 2 extra leaves. Large living room with wrap around couch and a regular couch which comes out into a queen bed along with a comfortable recliner.
