The space is a cozy, very roomy & quiet. The Suite is decorated with Coastal decor from New England and Sanibel Island. It includes a private bedroom with a very comfortable queen size bed. The third floor suite features two large bedrooms (both queen size), an expansive living area, a private full bath, and your own eat-in kitchen. We are licensed by the City of Newport as an approved Airbnb site. Most are not, and are being de-listed by the City for non-compliance. Ask before you book! We typically require a minimum two night stay during the busy summer weekends.
