The apartment consists of a bedroom suite with a 160 cm double bed, dressing room, bathroom with bathtub, washing machine, hairdryer, separate toilet. The fully equipped kitchen is open to a comfortable dining area. The living room has access to the terrace.

Ideally located, close to the lake (beach at 300m) and the city center (1.5km) of Thonon and 30 minutes from the ski resorts of the gates of the sun, Bernex, Thollon etc. You can take advantage of a space (15m²) to store your bikes or skis for example, and also a garden with barbecue and garden table.
