Newly renovated fresh cottage with guesthouse. 4 beds in cabin and 4 more in the guest house. Shower and toilet in both the large cottage and the guest house. Modern kitchen, in addition to outdoor kitchen with gas barbecue, charcoal barbecue and pizza oven (gas and charcoal included). The cottage includes access to pools(June-August), mini golf, sauna, tennis court, basketball and football field, all close to the cottage. At short cycling distance there is Västersjön and Rössjön with clean water and many swimming areas. Wonderful nature with plenty of bike and hiking opportunities.

Cozy cottage with lush fenced plot in scenic Lerbäckshult. Sheets and towels are included in the price. The cottage is newly renovated in 2024 and offers 56 well-planned sqm with A/C, hallway, living room, kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms. In the cabin association you have a common part in the facility with, among other things, a pool (June-Aug) sauna, mini golf course, football pitch, playground & tennis court . Ängelholm & Båstad is 20 minutes away with both city and sandy beaches. Stay winter and summer with proximity to activities for all seasons.

Enjoy beautiful nature, outdoor activities and tranquility in this small house on Hallandsåsen's south slope. We hire out our annex in 21 sqm, next to our holiday home on quiet dead end street. Accommodates 2 adults+ 1 or 2 kids. Kitchen, bathrooms, sleeping alcove with pull-out bed 90-180 wide * 200cm, sleeping loft 105 * 210 cm. Underfloor heating. Close to the house is the area's communal pool (open summertime) , mini golf, boule court, tennis court, football field and playground. Also close to Västersjön and beautiful hiking trails. Välkomna till vår mysiga idyll i Lerbäckshult! Stugan är på 67 kvm med två rejäla sovrum, kök, badrum och vardagsrum. Det finns en inglasad altan och uteplatser för fina dagar utomhus. Tomten är inhägnad och rymlig med skogen som granne. Bara 200 meter bort finns gemensam pool med omklädningsrum o bastu, tennisbana, fotbollsplan och boulebana som ingår vid vistelsen under sommaren. Stugan ligger nära västersjön, vandringsleder och andra utflyktsmål. Nära till både Ängelholm o Båstad.

Peaceful cottage in Lerbäckshult near Västersjön

Take a break and unwind in this peaceful oasis where you live with nature into the corner. Stugan is cozy and simple and invites you to a moment by the fireplace. Nice forest trails, playground, tennis court and sauna are in the area and Västersjön is beautifully located a bit away. Further hiking trails can be found at Djurholmens Nature Reserve. Cleaning is done by yourself or there is a fee of 800 kr. Bring your own bed linen and bath sheets. Welcome to the Johansson Family!
