Cozy and well-maintained apartment in a single dwelling, with sea view and private patio. Nice location in the middle of a quiet development area. Well equipped with TV, Wi-Fi, most of the kitchen equipment and washing machine. 300m to shop and bus. The bus goes about every 30 min to Arendal/Grimstad/Kristiansand 2 km to the beautiful Buøya with several great beaches. Shared entrance and hallway, own lockable door. Cottage near the potholes, beach, family friendly. Possibility of kayaking and fishing (2 kayak, 2 canoe and 1 rowboat on site). 30 min away from Gautefall ski center. Large garden with play equipment. 3 bedrooms, sleeps 6 (plus own baby bed) Note: part of semi-detached house, simple standard,- older kitchen and bathroom, lovely peaceful space. Newly built cabin from 2021 with fantastic hiking opportunities summer and winter. Sunny and nice patio. Only 1 1/2 h from Dyreparken in Kristiansand. About 1 hour from Kragerø, Risør and Fyresdal. Felle is a great area with fishing, biking, skiing and hiking. The cabin is well equipped, contains the living room/kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with washing machine and loft. Bring drinking water (20l drinking water is at the cabin), Refrigerator, freezer and stove on gas. Lighting and charging options through 12v photovoltaic systems. Fireplace with free wood. Boat is included, but bring your own life jackets. Free fishing for trout and perch. Good opportunities for berry and mushroom smoking. The cabin must be cleaned upon departure. Please bring your own bedding.

The apartment is on one level, furnished with combined living room/kitchen, bathroom and 2 bedrooms. One bedroom with 2 single 80 cm wide beds, 1 bedroom with bunk bed 120 cm wide down and 80 cm wide up. Sun from morning to evening. Car parking under the roof. We have boats for rent. Norwegian and German TV channels accessible Essentials, bed linen/towels etc, can be rented for NOK 150,-/set. Note that the apartment is located in a bay with marina and cafe on the other side, traffic here can occasionally feel like noise.

Vedfyring og rolig stemning

Very special and completed log house in Setesdal style. The house has shoreline towards Otra and spectacular views towards Reiårsfossen which is close by. Make a nice dinner in the large kitchen in the house or see if the kids dare to bathe in the slightly cold river. Take the car up or down the Seat Valley and visit various action attractions or experience the view and silence up on the cheerleader. In the evening you can enjoy birds singing and sleep in built-in, rose-painted beds.

Dalane, Drangedal - brewery house

This is a brewery house from 1646, renovated in summer 2020. The house consists of a main room with a cozy living room and a brand new kitchen and well as a bathroom. On the loft there is a new double bed. Firewood free for own consumption (must pick up yourself in garage / woodshed). You can clean out of the apartment yourself or order cleaning (550kr). There are duvets and pillows in the beds, but bed linen must be rented outside for kr. 75 per set. Not sleeping bags.

10 min from R9. 20 min from Vennesla. 30 min from Kristiansand and 45 min from Kristiansand Zoo. If GPS leads you onto a gravel road about 7 km from the cabin, you must find an alternative route. The road has a boom at both ends. 100m from bike route 3 Very fast internet. Swimming area in the river 50 m from the cabin . Many hiking trails. Rowboat can be borrowed from about April to about November. A lot of small fish in the river. No need for a fishing license.

Relax with the whole family at this great space. Lovely loft cabin with bed for 6 people. The chalet has all the necessary amenities. Here there are opportunities to swim, row or paddle and to go hiking. Fishing trout in Myglevannet is free when you stay at this cabin. 60 minutes to Kristiansand.
