2 story town home on Amelia Island, FL is just a quick 1.5 block walk to the beach. The pool and tennis courts are just steps away from the front door. Master with King-sized bed and Queen bed in second bedroom. Both bedrooms are upstairs, which is great for people who want to go to bed before other guests. There's a nice large deck to relax & listen to the water fountain in the adjacent pond. The condo is furnished with a full kitchen, washer and dryer, linens, chairs, cooler, pool toys, etc.

The ocean, the pool, the island air

This beautiful two bedroom two bath condo has almost been fully remodeled. ( still need to redo one of the bathrooms and closets ) Gorgeous pool greets you before the boardwalk to arguably the best beach in town. Cable, Internet, and laundry in unit, family perfect. You'll also have a well appointed kitchen with the basics in the pantry, chairs and toys for the beach, and an Echo for listening to your favorite Jimmy Buffet songs. :)
