I present a cozy and quiet apartment in mansion of the eighteenth century, in the heart of the wonderful and exciting city of Seville, with very characteristic points of the city such as Plaza de Salvador and 3 minutes from the Giralda and Cathedral, probably the two most emblematic sights of the city. In the heart of the historic district, an epicenter of art to national and European level. The area is monumental, with restaurants and tapas bars, shops and fun. The apartment is on the 2nd floor with elevator, has independent kitchen with refrigerator, microwave and hob. Living room with sofa bed and double bed. Very bright with three windows to the terrace. Air conditioning cold and heat. Bathroom with hot water. It is rented with bed and bath linen and utensils. TV and free WiFi. The apartment is in a pedestrian street in the center but with access to taxi rank and Tram 200 meters. The building is in a quiet street in the Santa Cruz neighborhood. This central area is almost completely pedestrianized, making for a pleasant walk to the Cathedral and the famous Plaza del Salvador, with plenty of tempting tapas bars en route.

Awesome and cozy apartment in Plaza de San Andrés (absolutely centric), just 10 minutes from the Cathedral. Located in a very quiet spot and surrounded by all amenities and services. The best bars and restaurants in town are within 300 meters range from the building. Enjoy a morning coffee with toast, or tasty tapas in any of the multiple bars that are in the Plaza. A 5-minute walk from the city's historic center and from the Santa Justa train station. 1 large parking space (some of our guests put 2 medium-sized cars but being somewhat uncomfortable we announce it as 1 single square). Max height 2.25. 3 bikes. Ideal for 5 guests and up to 7 if you are looking for something cheaper although the space is reduced, two extra beds are added.
