You have your own private balcony, with amazing views. Tiny house feel, right on the ocean. Take a very short walk to Duck Pond beach and split rock. Beach stair access to be completed soon. Large lot, my personal cottage is on the same property, you are welcome to enjoy the whole space. Ideal for paddle boarding, sea kayaking, wind surfing etc. My mother tongue is English, and I have a working knowledge of French. Only weekly bookings during July and August, Saturday to Saturday.
