Cozy apartment in basement with own private entrance. All bed linens, towels and cleaning are included. 2.5 km from Karlstad city center, 200 meters to bus. Within 5 minutes walk there is a beach, shops, restaurants and nice green areas. Great communication to KAU, Färjestad's racetrack and Löfbergs Lila Arena. In the apartment there is a double bed, TV, table with chairs and kitchenette with fridge, freezer compartment, hot plates and kitchen equipment. Bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. Parking is free, and wifi is available.

Free wifi, hot tub, 3 meters from water, quiet and nice, close to nature, dishwasher, washing machine, terrace, private parking, shower and toilet, fireplace, floor heating and everything is newly renovated in 2020. Bed linen and towels should be brought yourself. Cleaning should be done before checking out and should be thoroughly done eg vacuum, dry the floors, dust-dry bathrooms and kitchens. You leave the house as it was when you arrived. Rowing boat is included in the cabin. You need to clean the house before you leave.

Homely house in 2 levels with 5 rooms and kitchen, spacious areas where the whole family can fit. Bathtub in the smaller bathroom. Big wooden deck with awning and outdoor furniture. Barbecue available. 80 meters to Lekvatt lake and sandy beach you just walk over the road and you are there. Plan the lawn in front of the house if you want to play croquet or cube. Cozy annex with its own veranda just behind the house that can accommodate 6 guests. NOTE: IT IS NOT ALLOWED TO CHARGE ELECTRIC CAR IN THE PREMISES POWER OUTLETS.

Here you can swim wood-fired hot tub and fire in the fireplace just down at the lake. Fishing at the house or at one of Lekvattnet's fish-rich lakes! Hike 7 Torpsleden about 10 km from the cottage. Go sledding right on the plot, ice skating or fishing in the winter! Ski on illuminated ski tracks just a few kilometers from the house. And there are miles of snowmobile trails around the corner!
