The "chicken house"

The chicken house is located in the middle of the beautiful permagar, below a former monastery, on the Katzenhof in Bachhupten. Gabi and Guido live here their dream of independence and want to expand the farm in a sustainable and tedious way. For example, the walls and ceiling of the chicken house have been made from the more than 200-year-old floorboards of the main house. This amazing place to stay is anything but ordinary. Wood dominates, larch on the outside, spruce on the inside, built with a lot of love according to our own plans. 2 people will find everything they need for a break in a small space. Nevertheless, everything you need is there: a kitchen with induction hob and oven, large refrigerator, coffee machine... The bathroom has a toilet, sink and shower. Of course there is hot water and heating! A few steps lead up to the 1.60 m wide bed.

Former economics building of the Försterei, converted in 2006, very quietly located in the middle of nature, looking further over the fields and meadows. The Adelindis-Therme can be reached in Bad Buchau, 5 km away, and other spas within about 25 km. The summer cottage is not suitable for children under 4 years and not for people with disabilities, as the sleeping compartment can only be reached via the steep ladder.
