Large, nice house for rent in Larsgården, Ålesund.

Single-family home by the sea, with large, cozy and sunny terrace. Parking by the house or by the shared parking lot nearby. Four bedrooms with a big bathroom upstairs. Large open plan kitchen living room on the main floor, in addition to a small guest bathroom with shower. Plenty of room for a family with young children, possibly four adult couples. In two of the bedrooms there is a 1.20 bed, can sleep two people there (children). Laundry room in basement. 5 min drive by car to the center of Ålesund. Lots of nice hiking and exit options

Kitchen with multi-fire, induction top, coffee-maker, and kettle. Refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher. Good sofa, which can be an extra bed for a child. Optionally, a gate bed can be inserted. New tiled bathroom with black details. Wardrobe/walkin. Nice outdoor area with garden furniture, and park down towards water. Gapahuk with fire pit can be rented.

In this spacious and unique place, the whole group will be comfortable. Access to large, sunny outdoor area, short distance to beach and mountain. 10 minutes to bus stop. Bus to the center of Ålesund about 30 minutes. Good fishing opportunities in the sea and in mountain lakes. An excellent starting point for many tourist attractions such as the Sunnmøre Alps, Geiranger, Trollstigen, Nordangsdalen, Alnes Lighthouse, Giske. A spectacular and accessible area for mountain hiking, hiking and recreational stays in beautiful nature.

Leiligheten er en del av huset vårt, men låses av ved utleie. Dere har egen inngang. Hagen deles om vi er hjemme. Parkering er mulig på tomten, og Elbil-lading inkludert. To soverom/lekerom, stue, kjøkken, kontorkrok og bad. Her er tv, leker og hobbysaker, uteleker som badminton osv.

Velkommen til en moderne leilighet med nydelig utsikt! Leiligheten er fra 2016 og er en innbydende 4-roms med sentral og attraktiv beliggenhet på Hessa, kun fem minutter fra Ålesund sentrum. Det er tre soverom i leiligheten og alle er utstyrt med dobbelsenger. Leiligheten ligger i gåavstand til Sukkertoppen og et steinkast fra sjøen. Leiligheten har god standard på innredning og utstyr. Det er meget gode WIFI-fasiliteter i leiligheten, samt to TV-er der begge er utstyrt med Apple-TV
