Only one mile south from historic Yates Center Square, within 30 minutes of three state parks and two city lakes. This house is perfect for being close to town but experiencing the country life. The house is located down a dead-end road so privacy is not an issue, not to mention less traffic. With this house being located on top of a hill, you can appreciate the Kansas sunsets and overlooking South Owl Creek from the deck. There is a carport available. Pets are welcome with a $25 pet fee.

The Owl's Nest is a 12x32 cabin that has a queen bed in a small loft and two twin beds on the main floor (one is a trundle). Kitchenette and full bath on the main floor. We are located in a rural setting with a 5 acre lake and a 1 acre pond with a beach area. Relax and enjoy the outdoors and swim in the pond or boat on the lake. In the winter you can take a walk or sit and enjoy the scenery or take a dip in the hot tub.
