In front of the house, there is free parking, outdoor chill space, and a garden. The house is located in a peaceful residential area, only 5 minutes away from the lake and 30 minutes walk from the city centre. We also provide bicycles which make the transportation enjoyable and fast. For easier further exploration we strongly recommend you rent a car.

In my house, where people who live here and meet guests, there is an apartment with 2 rooms, a kitchen with a dining area and a bathroom with toilet. The apartment is located on the first floor of the house and forms its own residential unit and is well suited for 4 people.! ! Attention, the bathroom can be reached half a floor lower and via steps. The garden can also be used. The seminar room can also be booked additionally if needed, if needed.

undermountain #jb15 liegt auf rund 850m seehöhe und befindet sie in einer alleinlage am waldrand. in der nähe befindet sich noch eine unbewohnte hütte. du bist nur 500m von der nächsten öffentlichen straße entfernt, dafür aber gefühlt kilometerweit von der zivilisation. früh morgens wenn du deine augen öffnest siehst du mit etwas glück einen kleinen fuchs oder ein paar rehe vorbeiziehen. es wird malerisch, fast schon kitschig;)
