Travelers, when you arrive you can expect to settle in quickly. All bedding and toiletries are set up for you. There is a coffee service, tea selection and a variety of staples too. This is a 3 bedroom, 1 full bath, ranch style home. It includes ample living space, two car garage, and 2 covered porches. The level lawn is bordered by a cedar hedge with room for outdoor activities. The living room is spacious with a large TV. The WiFi is from xfinity and there are three separate work stations.

Village Oasis 2 -the crossroads of VT

A friend once referred to our town as Mayberry. It's definitely a small town where people look out for each other. In the heart of the village, walking distance from local restaurants, brewery's, and shops as well as mountain bike trails. 5 mi from a beach where you can rent canoes/kayaks/paddle boards. Enjoy the slopes, hiking, Ben and Jerry's, local brewery's, or the Vt. landscape, settle in with a warm jacuzzi tub. At the end of the day cozy up on a king sized bed watching Netflix's.

Our home sits in the heart of the historic Waterbury village. It is a Victorian, full of historical charm and warm light. There is off-street parking and a side porch in which to enjoy a cup of coffee. It is in easy walking distance to restaurants, bars, small shops, a grocery store, and pharmacy. We live right off of interstate 89, exit 10, the crossroads between Sugarbush Valley, Stowe, Montpelier, and Burlington. Outdoor entertainment is accessible in all these areas.

Waterbury Center Guest Bedroom - 244 Howard

The guestroom room is very cozy with radiant heat in the floor during the winter. The separate entrance is off a covered porch. The porch has chairs and a table and is very pleasant in the warmer months The little kitchen alcove is convenient for coffee or tea or a light meal. We live in a historic building and our neighborhood is located very close to Rte 100. Waterbury village and Stowe as well as skiing, hiking and biking are all nearby.

This apartment is located on a quiet side street just a 5 minute walk to the quaint village area. Stowe, Sugarbush, Mt. Ellen, Mad River Glen and Bolton ski areas are all within 1/2 hour drive. Beautiful Victorian

Ski, hike, hit the local pubs and breweries. Walking distance to some of the best beers in the US! Easy drive to 5 ski areas, great, safe neighborhood, Coffee machine, fridge, oven, and microwave. Cozy atmosphere. Suitable for young kids but not ideal as there are people that live upstairs and the place has breakable decorations.
