Guests have the use of hammock, outdoor shower, bikes, beach towels, beach chairs, cooler & boogie boards. This is an upstairs (2nd floor unit) Great place for a getaway to kick off your shoes and relax. This 1200 sf two story apartment has a master bedroom and bath with double vanity and jetted tub on the second floor. First floor is living room, dining and kitchen space with a half bath. Awesome deck for relaxing. Walking distance to the beach. We provide beach chairs, beach towels, and beach cruisers plus boogie boards and a cooler. We have an awesome outdoor shower for you to use after a day at the beach. Includes one off street parking space. Exclusive access to your apartment and shared access to hammock, outdoor shower, and yard. We provide you with 2 beach cruisers to get around on as well. :) We are always available, we live a few blocks away. We are typically on site Monday and Thursday evenings for trash and yard maintenance. Of course, you can text or call us anytime and we can be on site in a matter of minutes. This home is perfect for groups of 3 or fewer. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood just 3 blocks from the Atlantic Ocean. Walk to the beach, boardwalk, dining and entertainment. Close to all VB has to offer, yet far enough off that you can relax. This home has a full kitchen with open dining and living area. Master suite overlooking the lake with spa tub. Relax on the back deck nestled in the trees or on the hammock. Visitors are sure to see herons, ducks, and other wildlife. We recommend biking, walking, or Uber to get around once you have arrived.

We keep it simple here in this small, cute, and charming, home. Room is great for 1 or 2 people. A 10 minute walk, to a public access, that takes you straight to the beach. There are a few public parking spaces. 10 minutes to Norfolk International Airport. The Oceanview Pier is a great place to fish and have dinner and is only 3 miles away. Come and enjoy! There is also a NEW CASINO only 20 minutes away.
