This is an older home with one apartment on the first floor and a vacant apartment upstairs. Guests have the entire property to themselves. Free off-street parking. I love my property for the year-round views! In yard access to river which is directly across from Hiawatha Island, a natural preserve owned by Waterman conservation. Island is open to the public for birdwatching (Bald Eagels) and hikers. I have kayaks and canoes you might want to use while here. River is active with fisherpersons!
