Hello! We are a military family with a son stationed at Fort Drum. Hence the name of our cottage: our 7 year old calls the area where her big bro lives and works Drumsticks. Unwind in the beautiful village of Chaumont with stunning views of Sawmill Bay. This lakefront property boasts a brand new dock and a peaceful atmosphere making it the perfect place to watch boats come in and out of the marina, hit up amazing local eateries, and enjoy the friendliness of our second favorite place on earth.

This cozy, rustic cottage is perfect for settling in, relaxing, fishing, swimming, and reading a book. Yes, you can do all of that simultaneously. Shallow, warm water awaits you at this simple oasis. Relax under the large covered deck on a hanging swing or soak in the sun on the lower deck. Inside there is one bedroom with a double bed with storage under. The kitchen, living room with futon, and dining room are convenient areas. A pint of Knapp's Sapp Shack syrup is provided upon arrival.
