A highly rated, spacious and bright 2nd floor studio apartment attached to a home in a semi-rural setting on Ithaca’s South Hill. Under 10 minutes drive from downtown, a few minutes from Ithaca College, and about 10-15 mins from Cornell. Nature views from many windows and a great view across the valley make this a real treat for anyone craving a break from city life. A small full kitchen and a very compact full bathroom are included as well as onsite parking and use of yard space.

Lovely, Spacious, Private Studio

Beautiful, spacious, spotless, Studio apt. w/ updated kitchen & bathroom (tub & shower) & bamboo floors. The queen size bed is partially separated from the living room by a breakfast counter. Living room has 2 daybeds. Entire space sleeps 4. Excellent WiFi & Cable TV. I will leave good quality bread, eggs, coffee & other breakfast items for you to cook. Pls. note that price will automatically reflect a fee of $30 per night for each additional guest after the first 2 guests.

Full one bedroom apartment in my house, with a separate entrance on the side, dog and cat friendly. House is off of the main road on a secluded, wooded lot. Great location- a few minutes to Cornell and Ithaca College, 10 mins to downtown, and lots of options for hiking, skiing and mountain biking trails. 2 miles from Brookton's Market with fresh food, beer, coffee. We welcome people of all races, ethnicity, gender or sexual orientation.

This apartment is located in the basement of a family home. It is a self-contained private unit with a separate entrance, full kitchen, bathroom with shower and washer/dryer and a living space. The property is fenced and has a pool for use in the summer and a pond with fish to feed. Friendly dogs are welcome (the owners have a friendly beagle-basset who loves to meet other dogs). Please note that we have ducks who free range in the yard.

Beautiful very quiet area close to Buttermilk Falls walking trail. The house has a gazebo and picnic spaces with flower and vegetable gardens in the backyard. Indoor sun room with a huge living room and open kitchen area with beautiful island. Two separate bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen bed with brand new memory foam mattress-CertiPUR-US Certified. The second bedroom has a full bed with a firm mattress.
