Guest house of 60 m2 with private entrance and small garden. The space is not accessible. The house contains bedroom, large living room with possibility of workspace, TV, a smaller bathroom with shower and a kitchen with washing machine and dryer. The guest house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood 1.8 km from the city center and train station. Within a mile, IBC, IBA, UC-south, VUC/F, SDU, and Design School are located. Bus stop is 200 meters from the accommodation. If you have an electric car with "type 2" plug, you can charge your car for a fee.

The apartment has super delicious kitchen, living room and dining room in one. The kitchen has ALL the necessary equipment. Bath with soft drinks and two-person massage spa. Two bedrooms. The private courtyard faces southwest. Half is a large covered terrace. The location is in the center of the city with 5 minutes walk to the beach, harbor environment, pedestrian streets, eateries and shopping. The TV is with DR app and Cromecast. Lovely cottage in a great location.

Holiday cottage with fantastic location on the south side of Kolding Fjord. The house is 60 m2 with large private terrace and large garden with lawn right down to the beach. There is access to a shared private bathing jetty. The house is located high above the fjord and guests can enjoy the most amazing views with sun all day from the terrace. There is private parking at the house with space for 2 cars. On the plot there is its own vineyard, pentaque court, outdoor fire pit, lots of cozy hooks and covered small terrace.

The old bakery by the lake

Corona hensyn: egen adgang til lejemålet og håndsprit og håndsæbe står klar. Welcome to the old bakery! This is a possibility to try living in a unique building from 1886, that used to be an old bakery. The building is carefully renovated with the front of the oven preserved. The building is placed only a 5 minutes walk from the lake and 10 minutes walk from the city center and the castle Koldinghus. And only 12 minutes walk from the railway station. We are looking forward to hosting you!

Skønt anneks naturskønt beliggende ved ejendom på landet . Udsigt til have og mark. Eget badeværelse. Sengelinned/håndklæder er inkl. Tv med chromecast. Nødvendigt service forefindes samt mikroovn og køleskab. På ejendommens 6 ha går af og til heste, naboejendommen er en af Danmarks største vingårde. Der er mulighed for dejlige gåture i området. Der er ca 12 km til Kolding og Fredericia . Indkøb ca. 6 km. Vi har en fredelig schæfer hund (Boris), som elsker at få besøg.
