Beautiful self contained apartment, with stunning views to the sea & hillsides A large open plan room downstairs with fully fitted kitchen, eating area and comfortable lounge area, leading to a private patio with heated outside shower. The bathroom is on the ground floor. Upstairs the high vaulted ceiling makes the space light and airy. The large superking bed can be separated to make to single beds if required. The upstairs window gives views of the sea, Lundy Island and surrounding hillside.

You will be staying in a beautiful green oak outbuilding with 4 dormer windows and a glass gable end offering delightful Devon countryside views. Access is via a private door into the front of the building. From the upstairs living area, a door leads to your own private garden. There is a decking area with a bench and table for outside dining and a barbecue in season. There is a wooden gazebo at the top of the garden also with a table and seating for outside dining with more lovely views.

High Tide

SUITABLE FOR SINGLE OCCUPANCY OR COUPLES ONLY High Tide is a light open plan space with it's own private access and parking, for one vehicle (no larger than a family estate) in the vibrant village of Braunton. Perfectly located in the centre of the village, but hidden away from the hustle and bustle. Shops, pubs and restaurants are all within walking distance and our local beach, Saunton Sands, is just 2.5 miles away. Great for surfing.
