The Stables is in a beautiful peaceful part of Suffolk, on the River Deben, with footpaths, wild swimming, pubs within walking distance, birdwatching, views for artists, and fabulous lanes for cycling. Perfect for paddle boarders and kayaks too. The Stables have been converted into a cosy country cottage with contemporary furnishings, fitted kitchen, bedroom with super king bed, en suite bathroom, shower room, wood burner, 2 TVs and wifi, books and games, and tennis court (by arrangement).

The Millennium Tower very close to Woodbridge

The Millennium Tower is a unique architect designed building commissioned to celebrate the year 2000. The building has 7 sides for seven days of the week and 4 floors for four seasons. There is a small spiral staircase in the pepper pot top providing access to the roof terrace which is surrounded by a tree canopy of chestnut, oak and birch. The tower is located in 14 acres of deciduous woodland a short distance from the Market Town of Woodbridge. It provides an ideal base to explore the area.

Newly converted stables and hayloft, giving spacious living accommodation for up to 4 people, with 2 bedrooms in a peaceful location. The Stables are tucked away from the road with a gated private drive. There is underfloor heating and a wood burning stove. The ground floor bedroom has twin beds, which can joined to make a large double, whilst the first floor mezzanine bedroom has a double bed, with fine sunset views. There is parking for 2 cars and cycle storage. Good local shops close by.

The Old Stables

On the Suffolk Essex border surrounded by fields, trees, and plenty of wildlife lies our old late 18th century stable building. Just 5 minutes off the A12 and you are in a different world. We live in the thatched Farm Cottage, the oldest part dating back to the 15th century and the stable is situated at the end of the drive. Excellent location for cycling (on the National Cycle Route 1), or visiting Jimmys Farm just 4.9 miles up the road. Walking is a must or just relax and unwind!
