A cosy artist's studio on the edge of the Old Town area of Eastbourne below the South Downs and two miles from the sea. The studio has its own entrance, ensuite bathroom (shower and toilet), built-in wardrobe, tea/coffee, microwave and mini-fridge and tiny patio. It's a 20 min walk to beautiful medieval pubs, church and restaurants of Old Town and a 10 min drive to the seafront (or 40 min walk), shops and town centre. 10 min in the other direction takes you to the South Downs National Park.

This wonderful lodge is located in the 'Sunshine Coast' of East Sussex. The property is bright, clean and spacious and located at the back of the owner's large garden. It has its own pathway along the side of the owner's house, and is completely self contained and private. However, hosts are nearby at the top of the garden if needed. Beautiful views of the South Downs are visible from The Lodge. It's the perfect place from which to explore Eastbourne and the surrounding area.
