Le Petit Vilar is an old outbuilding recently renovated in a very quiet and wooded site. The whole property is on one level. It is located close to the GR 34 and many small hiking trails. The nearest beach is a 10-minute drive. The village of Locquénolé, with its café- grocery store, Romanesque church and Baroque and its tree of Liberty is within walking distance. The cottage La Pommeraie-Avalon is nestled in a green and quiet setting very close to the sea (one of the rooms with sea views). The house of 70 m² independent has 2 floors with on the ground floor, a spacious living room overlooking 2 outdoor terraces without opposite. Out of season, the wood stove is very popular, returning from seaside walks (very close). Parking is private and as close as possible to the house.

Dourduff harbour is down the road, Térénez 10 minutes away, and the historic town of Morlaix also 10 minutes away by the magnificent river road. Plouézoc'h and its local shops are 400m away.
