The cozy apartment is high-quality renovated and furnished with a lot of love for detail. On the 1st floor are the spacious living/dining room and the modern, beautiful wooden kitchen as well as the bright, friendly bathroom. A protected southern loggia promises many hours of sunshine. The cosy bedroom is under the roof.

Through the panoramic window you have a magnificent view of the mountains and the climatic spa town of Bad Grund. The apartment has a fitted kitchen, a dining area, a modern bathroom with large shower, as well as a cozy solid wood double bed with cotton bedding. On the balcony you sit between herbs ( to harvest yourself) & flowers on teak wood furniture.

Nice little home for couples, singles, 5 minute walk to the center, Emperor´s Palace (Kaiserpfalz), 15 min to the station, no kids, pets, candles, barbecue, smoking (old city/Unesco). One steeper staircase to 1st floor, bath (shower) & hall (ground floor). Curtains, blinds except in bathroom (milky glass, garden). Key locker. Own lockable cellar (2 sledges, for bike, ski) if needed. Close to all sights, hikes, swim (Herzb. Teich). Near to Wernigerode, Quedlinburg, Thale.

We live in the countryside with lots of greenery and fresh air and free spirit and are open to guests. The bake house, with traditional furnishings, wood-burning oven, sleeping loft and completely timeless comfort, is located separately on our property. Next to the house is the bathhouse for the exclusive use of our guests. In our house, we read a lot, philosophize, drink good wine and take care of the essentials in life, pure reduction!
